I love the honey walnut shrimp. Very good portions. Always nice and polite. I currently miss this one though because I moved so far away and wish the one in Tyler had what I wanted but I will never forget you Mansfield

For a Panda Express this place is gold. I'm not going to go into the specifics of food, since this is after all a fast food joint. Staff was super friendly, so good job there. Place was clean inside and out.

They need to hire more people who know basic math. I gave this little girl with glasses $20.25 my total was $8.23 she gave me $11 and some change. In my head I’m thinking okay this female obviously don’t know basic math. I walk in and she tried to tell me I gave it to her after she rung me out. (Like seriously?? I gave you the .25 so I wouldn’t have to carry change. Your job is suppose to give me the exact change that I’m supposed to get back) I told her I’m not leaving till I get my dollar that you owe me. Then she asked for my receipt and she had to pull out her phone because she couldn’t do the math in her head. Once she realized she messed up and gave me the wrong change, Instead of taking the change she gave me and giving me a dollar she just gave me the rest of the change and .5 in pennies instead of a nickel. That girl needs to go back in school to study math again. Now i have to carry change. Some people don’t like to carry change you know ?? Anyways I won’t be coming back and if I do I hope they’ve hired people who know how to count change and give change out properly. Just to find out my food is cold when I got home. What a disappointment I don’t like my food cold so I ended up giving the food to my dogs Long story short// YOU SHOULDNT BE A CASHER IF YOU CANNOT COUNT CHANGE AND GIVE OUT CHANGE PROPERLY

Serving sizes are shrinking (again) while prices remain the same or increase. This store is often out of many menu choices sometimes even within 2 hours of closing. Smaller portion sizes are a common customer complaint across the chain.
